HR Dashboard
Insights into your workforce
The HR Dashboard within the BI DASHBOARDS section provides a comprehensive visual overview of your agency's workforce. It is designed to help HR managers and leadership monitor staffing levels, role distribution, management spans of control, and upcoming project expirations.
1. High-Level Summary Cards (KPIs)
Located at the top of the HR dashboard, these cards provide an immediate snapshot of your current workforce volume:
Total Employees (360): The current total count of active and inactive staff members in the system.
Use Case: General reporting for organizational scale and capacity assessment.
New Employees this month (0): Shows the intake of new staff for the current calendar month.
Use Case: Monitoring recruitment velocity. The indicator shows a 100% decrease vs. the previous month (which had 5 new hires), alerting HR to a potential slowdown in hiring.

2. Workforce Distribution & Planning (Charts)
These visualizations provide insight into how your staff is allocated and upcoming administrative deadlines:
Employee Role Count: A bar chart breaking down staff by their designated roles (e.g., Fieldworker: 159, Manager: 129, Support Coordinator: 64, Admin: 40).
Use Case: Resource Balancing. Ensuring you have enough field-level staff to support the administrative and management layers of the company. It also highlights "Unknown" roles that may need profile updates.
Projects Expiring in Next Four Months: A timeline-based bar chart showing when employee-related projects or certifications are set to expire.
Use Case: Proactive Compliance. For example, seeing 15 expirations in May 2026 allows HR to start the renewal process early to prevent lapses in service or eligibility.
Employee Population per Manager: A bar chart visualizing the direct reports for each manager (e.g., Justine Ayroor managing 415 records).
Use Case: Workload Management. Identifying "super-managers" who may be overextended and redistributing staff to ensure quality supervision and prevent burnout.
3. Active Employee Tabular Data
A detailed spreadsheet view at the bottom of the page containing the raw data for your workforce.
Key Fields: Employee ID, Name, Address, Phone Number, Join Date, Status, Type, and Level.
Use Case: Operational Audits. Admins can verify specific employee details (like
emp_statusoremp_type) or export a quick contact list for a specific group of staff members without needing to open individual profiles.
