Welcome to Fieldworker! While our platform offers plenty of features and options, this guide breaks down the basic things you need to set up to help you get started as quickly as possible.

When you start setting up Fieldworker, we provide you with several tours. You don’t have to do everything on the tour, but you must do the following things before you can really take advantage of Fieldworker:

Get Started with Fieldworker

• Contact your Customer Success Engineer

• Review the Fieldworker Implementation plan

Step1: Creating your agency

• Sign up for a Fieldworker account

• Log in the first time and complete setting up your admin user account

• Configure your company account, settings, and business flows

• Invite your team members. The best practice is not to allow everyone in the agency to do everything.

• Establish Management and HR relationships

Step 2: Advise your team and get them ready

• Check your email for an invite

• First, log in and create your password

• Have staff download and sign into the mobile app

• Have staff review Help and Videos for their area of specialty

• Setup 2FA for the security of your account

Step 3: Set up your data

• If you are using another system, Import your data

• Create or import Customer Data

• Create and assign tasks, as needed

Step 4: Help your team use Fieldworker

• Overview of the functionality

• Issues with login, password reset etc.

• Case load
