Customizing Fieldworker

The Fieldworker is tailor-made for your agency. Most pages, including the landing page in the Fieldworker, are determined by

• State in which your agency operates,

• Key business segment your agency works in,

• Modules that your agency has subscribed to, and

• Your role in the agency

Configuring Fieldworker

The Fieldworker allows several different settings that an admin can set/edit/create to adapt the Fieldworker platform to your exact business flow. These settings also modify or customize the user experience necessary to align the platform/app to your business flow. These settings are accesible via the Settings page.
