Compliance Reports

For support coordination agencies, Fieldworker allows you to generate a debarment report, on demand.

Customizing your Reports view

Across each table in your reports, you have access to a couple of different settings across the top of each:

Columns let you hide or show different columns to give you a way to view the most relevant information. When you specific a column to view, this setting will carry through into the other tables you view.

Filters give you a quick way to filter through your data and find exactly what youโ€™re looking for without needing to scroll.

Density changes the look of the columns by altering the width, allowing you to display more or less information without needing to scroll depending on your preferences.

Export lets you either export the report youโ€™re currently on to a spreadsheet as a CSV file, or to PDF, ready to print.

Finally, Save View lets you save your current view preferences so that your reports will be loaded with the same preferences automatically set next time you come to look at your Reports.

Reports - All reports in Fieldworker are either presented as a data grid or generated using a third party renderer. All reports in Fieldworker have an entry in the fwreports table.

Data grid reports will be of type 2. The report_id from this table .. for the reports of type 2 .. to be used for saving user preferences in the new fwdatagrid table.

[datagrid_id] INT NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY,

report_id int FOREIGN KEY REFERENCES fwreports(report_id) not null,

[settings] [varchar](MAX) NOT NULL,

[user_id] [int] FOREIGN KEY REFERENCES employee(emp_id) NULL,

[added_by] [varchar](50) NULL,

[added_on] [datetime] NULL

  1. Allow the current settings (or preferences) for a data grid to be saved for the current user.

  2. Current settings should be preserved in the fwdatagrid table, for the report_id, and emp_id. If there is an existing entry for this user and report, just update the settings by replacing the existing value with the new value.

  3. When displaying a report using data grid, if there is an entry in this table, use the saved settings to display the report accordingly.
