Subscription
Business segment, geographic presence, and software features for your agency
The Fieldworker platform provides functionality in a wide range of areas. Your agency may choose to subscribe to some or all of these functions. This setting section is only accessible to an admin user. The Subscription tab within the Settings module is where administrators define the core operational identity of the organization.
1. Primary Business Type
This section defines the nature of your agency's services. Selecting a business type helps the platform tailor the user interface and workflows to your specific industry needs.
Assign Business Type: Choose from options such as:
Support Coordination
Service Provider
Home Healthcare
Case Management
Day Care or Community Center
Action: Select the appropriate radio button and click SAVE to apply the configuration.
2. Geographic Footprint (States)
Define the regions where your business operates. This is critical for ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations (such as EVV requirements).
Selected States: Displays the states currently active in your profile (e.g., New Jersey).
Select States: Use the checklist to add or remove states from your operating area.
Action: After updating the checklist, click SAVE.

3. Modules Activated
The FieldWorker platform is modular, allowing you to enable only the features your agency requires. Activating a module adds the corresponding item to your primary navigation sidebar.
Active Modules: Displays a tag-cloud of currently enabled features (e.g., EVV, Document Center, Scheduler, etc.).
Select Modules: Use the checkboxes to toggle specific functionalities:
EVV & Time Management: For visit verification and labor tracking.
Clinical & Coordination: Including Tele Health, Referral Management, and Workflows.
Financial: Including Third Party Billing, Private Payer Billing, and Financial Reporting.
Platform Tools: Such as Form Builder, BI & Reporting, and Secure Communication.
Action: Select the desired tools and click SAVE.
4. Navigation & Workspace Controls
Sidebar Toggle: Use the double-arrow (
>>) at the bottom left to collapse or expand the main navigation menu for more workspace.User Profile: The header displays the currently signed-in user and their email address for quick verification of administrative privileges.
Note: Changing "Modules Activated" will instantly update the sidebar for all users in your agency. Only enable modules that your staff has been trained to use.
