Preferences

Matching best employee with a customer

Overview

The primary purpose of this section is to prioritize specific employees when assigning tasks to a customer. By setting these levels, selected employees will appear higher in the assignment list, making the scheduling process more efficient and tailored to the client's needs. Based on the current screen for Andre Fuego Mandana Maya, the Preferences tab (specifically labeled "Employee Preferences") is designed to manage which staff members are prioritized for service delivery.

Key Components

The preferences are organized in a table with the following columns:

  • Employee: The name of the staff member (e.g., Adam Jenkins).

  • Preference Level: Indicates the priority rank (e.g., Medium). Higher levels ensure the employee is suggested first during task assignment.

  • Created: The date the preference was established (e.g., 3/22/2026).

  • Actions: Tools to manage the entry, including:

    • Edit (Pencil Icon): To modify the preference level.

    • Delete (Trash Icon): To remove the employee from the prioritized list.

Actions You Can Take

  • Add New Preference: Click the + ADD PREFERENCEarrow-up-right button to select a new employee and assign them a priority level for this client.

  • Navigation: You can use the pagination arrows at the bottom right to scroll through the list if multiple employees are preferred.
