Now families have a way to capture and keep their fondest and funniest memories with AbilityHub App. As a patient, you can create an infinite number of entries, or respond to specially curated prompts. Once the journal is filled with memories of this wonderful time, you'll have the perfect memento to turn to for rushes of nostalgia for years to come.
AbilityHub app allows (and occasionally prompts) users (patients) to enter β¦ what will be treated as a personal diary .. or journal. These entries are private and will not be shared β¦ by default, to the care group.
Each response is associated with the patient, location, and time automatically. Allow the patient to either type in an entry β¦ or speak in β¦ or add a picture taken.
