Notes
History and Observations
The Notes tab on the Project page serves as the primary internal communication and audit log for the Dexter Morgan Project. It allows team members to record observations, updates, and voice-to-text entries that are essential for care coordination and compliance.
Creating and Adding Notes
The header of the tab provides two distinct methods for capturing information:
ADD NOTE: Opens a standard text editor to type out detailed updates, clinical observations, or administrative flags.
ADD VOICE NOTE: A "hands-free" option designed for field staff to dictate notes via the mobile app, which are then transcribed and saved directly to the project.
Note Entry Details
Based on the current view, each note in the feed is structured to provide full accountability and context:
Feature
Description
Note Title
A bolded header for quick identification (e.g., "test" or "Yet another").
Project/Category
Displays the associated project or specific category labels (e.g., "Testing notes", "Planning").
Audit Metadata
Displays exactly when the note was created and updated, including the specific staff member and their role (e.g., Jessica Brooks (Admin) or Darien Cheng (Admin)).
Body Content
The detailed text of the note (e.g., "FWAuthDev hello hello").

Management and Organization
To handle high volumes of communication, the Notes tab includes tools to filter and find specific information:
Search Bar: Filter the list of notes by typing keywords found in the title or body.
FILTER: Narrow down notes by specific criteria.
SORT BY: Organize the feed by "Most Recent" or "Alphabetical" order (currently sorted by Title).
Edit Icon (): Located on the far right of each note, allowing authorized users to modify an existing entry.
Strategic Importance
Team Coordination: Since multiple Employees may be assigned to a project, the Notes tab ensures that everyone—from the Project Manager to the field staff—is aligned on the client's current status.
Billing Support: Notes can provide the necessary justification for specific Billing claims or exceptions.
