Tasks
All activity under a payer's mandate
The Tasks tab within a project (e.g., the Dexter Morgan Project) serves as the operational calendar and command center for all field activities associated with that specific engagement. It allows managers to visualize, track, and manage service delivery in real-time.
Task Organization and Filters
At the top of the tab, tasks are categorized into three primary views for quick status checks:
On Going: Tasks currently in progress or active.
Upcoming: Scheduled future visits.
Completed: A historical log of finished tasks.
A Search Bar is also available to filter tasks by specific keywords or titles (e.g., searching for "Recurring Test").
Interactive Calendar View
The core of the Tasks tab is a dynamic calendar that provides a chronological layout of work:
Time Scales: Users can toggle between Month, Week, Day, and Agenda views to adjust the level of detail.
Navigation: Buttons for Today, Back, and Next allow for quick movement through the service schedule.
Task Blocks: Each entry on the calendar (e.g., "Test Recurring 3") shows the task name and provides quick-action icons:
Edit (π): Modify task details, assigned staff, or scheduled times.
Delete (π): Remove the task from the project schedule.

Connection to the Broader App
The Tasks tab is the execution point for the rules established in the Project Edit form:
EVV Integration: Tasks scheduled here appear on the mobile app for field staff. When they check in, the data is synced back to the Locate page.
Timesheet Generation: Once a task moves from "On Going" to "Completed," it automatically populates the Timesheets section for payroll approval.
Billing Readiness: Completed tasks are verified against the Payer and Price set in the project to ensure they are ready for the Billing module.

Search/Filter

Alternate Task views
The Agenda View within the Tasks tab provides a streamlined, list-based chronological schedule of all activities associated with a project. It is designed for high-density information review, allowing managers to see exactly when and where services are occurring without the visual clutter of a traditional calendar grid.
Layout and Information Hierarchy
The Agenda View organizes tasks into a clear table format with the following columns:
Date: Displays the day and date of the scheduled service (e.g., Mon Jan 26).
Time: Shows the specific window for the visit (e.g., 12:35 am β 12:50 am).
Event: This is the core of the entry. It contains:
Task Title: The name of the activity (e.g., Recurring Test 2).
Checklist Status: Indicates if a Form or checklist is attached to the task.
Detailed Schedule: A secondary timestamp confirming the start and end times for verification.

Task Management Controls
On the right side of each event row, the system provides immediate action icons for administrative oversight:
Edit (π): Opens the task configuration to reassign Employees, change the location, or adjust the time.
Delete (π): Allows the admin to remove a specific instance of a task from the project timeline.
Navigation and Timeframes
The header of the Agenda View allows you to control the scope of the list:
Date Range Display: Shows the specific period currently being viewed (e.g., 01/22/2026 β 02/21/2026).
Today/Back/Next: Quick-jump buttons to move between current, past, and future service windows.
View Toggles: Allows you to switch instantly between Month, Week, Day, and the Agenda list depending on your preferred level of detail.
Operational Context
The Agenda View is particularly useful for:
Audit Preparation: Quickly scrolling through a list of tasks to ensure no gaps in the service plan.
Staffing Overviews: Identifying recurring patterns, such as the weekly "Recurring Test 2" entries seen in the Dexter Morgan Project.
EVV Verification: Comparing these scheduled times against the "Last Check In" data found on the Locate page.
