Company Reports Overview
The Company Reports section within the Reports tab provides a centralized location for administrative and compliance-related data. These reports are designed to give leadership and HR teams a high-level view of payroll status and regulatory standing.
Available Company Reports
Currently, the COMPANY sub-tab includes the following key documents:
Payroll Report: Summarizes employee hours, rates, and total compensation for a given period. This is essential for verifying timesheet data before processing payments.
Debarment Report: A compliance tool used to verify that employees or contractors are not restricted from participating in certain programs or contracts.
NJ Consolidated Debarment Report: A specialized report specifically for New Jersey state compliance, ensuring all staff meet state-specific regulatory requirements.
Actions:
Favorites: Click the Star icon to add a report to your "Favorites" sidebar, or use "MARK ALL AS 'FAVORITE'".
Export/View: Use the PDF button for downloads or VIEW REPORT to open the document in the integrated browser viewer.

Service Report
The Service Report section allows for granular tracking of client-specific activities and billable items. Unlike the high-level company reports, this tool focuses on the daily operations and case notes for individual clients.
How to Generate a Service Report
Select Client: Use the dropdown menu to choose a specific client (e.g., Andre Fuego Mandana Maya).
Select Type: Filter the results by a specific service category if needed.
Date Range: Click the calendar icon to define the start and end dates for the data you wish to review.
Execute: Click VIEW REPORT to load the data into the viewer or PDF to generate a downloadable file.
Report Details
The generated Service Report provides a line-by-line breakdown of activity, including:
Date: The specific day the service was provided.
Description of Service: Detailed case notes, including specific checklist items or task descriptions (e.g., "Time Sheet Entry" or "Review of outcomes").
Service Type: Categorizes the entry (e.g., Visit, Checklist, etc.).
Hours: Total duration spent on the specific task.
Rate & Amount: Displays the hourly rate and total calculated cost for that specific line item.
