Signing up and first login to Fieldworker requires obtaining credentials via an email

Signing up for Fieldworker

Let's set up your account! First, visit https://fieldworker.ai/signup/

Here, you'll need to enter a few details, including your name, and work email address, and once you've submitted your details, go to your inbox, where you will see a welcome email from the 'Onboarding to FieldWorker' address. Once you have done this, you'll need to agree to our Terms & Conditions, and then click on sign up.

When your details have been successfully submitted, you'll be taken to this page:

As this page says, you'll now need to check your inbox. If you don't receive an email within an hour of signing up, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, get in touch with us at support@fieldworker.ai and we'll be happy to help you get signed up!

Logging into Fieldworker for the first time

Once you've signed up for FieldWorker, we'll send you an email to confirm and let you know that you'll also receive an email with credentials for your FieldWorker account.

Once you've received this email with your credentials, you'll be able to log in.

Your FieldWorker account email

This email contains your unique FieldWorker โ€“ that is, a username and password that you'll need to use to access your account.

Make sure you use these credentials, and not your own email address! To comply with HIPAA regulations, we provide your credentials via Microsoft.

Now, click on the button from your email and you'll be taken to the page to log in to your account.

From the button in your account details email, you'll be taken to this page:

Here, you'll need to agree to the terms and conditions and to share information from Microsoft (used to access your account), and then you'll need to click on Sign in with Microsoft.

This will open a new window as a pop-up, as shown below. If you don't see it, try moving your current window, as it may be hidden behind.

In the image above, you'll see the user has already signed in before, but for you, and this being your first time logging in, you'll be guided through the sign-in process.

Update your password

In this pop-up, log in using the credentials from your welcome email. Once you have done this, you'll be prompted to set a new password for your account.

The welcome email contains a temporary password only, which is why you'll need to change it.

Set up 2FA

2FA stands for 2 Factor Authentication and adds a layer of security to your FieldWorker account in addition to your password. This may involve linking your account with another email address or phone number and receiving a code to log in. It could instead be setting up several personal questions that only you know the answer to in order to access your account.

You'll also need this in case you forget your password, as this will help verify that it's really you trying to access your account.


Answers the questions to help us customize your account

You're nearly there! Once you've set up 2FA, you'll be prompted to answer three questions to help set up your company correctly:

You'll be asked about your company's primary type of business, where your business is based, and which Fieldworker features you plan on using. This will help us understand more about what your team needs and the Fieldworker experience to suit the way you work.

And now you're logged in!

In your original email, you'll now be taken to your FieldWorker dashboard, where you will be logged in. Next time, when you click on "Sign in with Microsoft", your details may be saved or you will need to enter them again (including your new updated password).

What happens after your free trial?

Once your free trial ends, we'll put together a paid plan for you based on your usage during your free trial. You'll be sent confirmation and a link to pay easily online.

If you decide not to continue with FieldWorker after your free trial, we're sorry it didn't meet your expectations! Let your dedicated support specialist know and we welcome any feedback you have to help us improve!

Registration error messages

In some cases, setting up a company account may fail. Here are cases, and an appropriate next action if the system fails to create your company account.

ERR 1: Your company name is a mandatory field. Please resubmit your form with your legal company name.

ERR 2: Your company is already using the Fieldworker platform. Please contact your Admin to invite you to get benefitted from Fieldworker.

ERR 3: Please check if your name is correct. Your first name is used to create a unique login ID. Make sure that there are no spaces or any other special characters. Try Again with the correct First name and Last name.

ERR 4: -Company could not be added!! Please Try Again

ERR 5: -Employee could not be added!! Please Try Again

ERR 6: - Location could not be added!! Please Try Again

We have not been able to create your account. This may be due to some quirks in our system. Please try again.
