How it all works?

Fieldworker is your single solution to manage your business in its entirety.

  1. You collect your business Activity into your Fieldworker System in the form of Customers, Plans, Visits, and Documents.

  2. All of that data is associated with individual customers (a.k.a. Customers in our system).

  3. Plan data is used to populate Projects and to build robust Planning and Scheduling Tasks that manage services to Your Customers, Your employees, or Other Functionality.

Customer

Everything revolves around the Customer in the Fieldworker. Usually, a Customer in Fieldworker describes a client or consumer in your business. All the data that is captured about a Person in the Fieldworker can be collectively known as their profile. A Customer's profile is where you will find their Attributes, Plans, Contacts, Documents, Activity logs, Needs, Goals and Tasks. This profile data and activity is what feeds your Business, Billing, and Payroll.

Project

Simply put, Projects are a single stop for associating Customers with approved services and budgets that enable your agency to provide services, document it, and then submit bills to your payers.

Task

The Fieldworker organizes all activities done by your employees as tasks. These tasks are billable when they are aligned with the authorizations received from payers, in the system.

Employee

All your employee details and what services do they provide to any specific customer are also captured in the system. FieldWorker will work as your HR system and can easily integrate with your payroll provider.

Case Notes

The Fieldworker organizes all your notes, whether associated with the customer, with a plan, or with a specific task. You can add a text note, speak to get your voice note converted to text, or even add an audio note to your case.

Document

The document center in the Fieldworker app gives you a simple, and intuitive way to organize all your documents related to your employees, clients, and plans in one safe, secure organized way.

Forms

The Fieldworker platform allows an agency to define its workflow, in terms of, the data and information collected via forms. There are community-designed forms that can be utilized, or your agency may define and create its own forms.
