Company Dashboard
Insights from your agency
The Company Dashboard within the BI DASHBOARDS section provides a high-level "Command Center" view of your agency's overall health. Unlike the Customer or Employee dashboards, which focus on individuals, the COMPANY dashboard aggregates data across the entire organization to track growth, retention, system engagement, and operational output.
1. High-Level Summary Cards (Real-Time KPIs)
At the top of the dashboard, these cards provide immediate answers to "How large is the agency right now?" and "How active were we this month?"
Active Employees (360): Total count of staff currently in the system.
Note: The dashboard currently shows "No change" vs. the previous month.
Active Customers (31): The current count of clients receiving services.
Engagement Metrics (March 2026):
Sessions (8): A 33.33% increase compared to February (6).
Notes (4): A 300% increase compared to the previous month (1).
MTs (4): A 100% increase in management/medical tasks.
Documents (0): A decrease from 1 document the previous month.
Use Case: System Adoption Tracking. If an owner sees that "Notes" or "Sessions" are significantly lower than the "Active Employee" count, it indicates that staff may be performing work but failing to log into the platform or document their activity digitally.

2. Growth & Retention Trends (12-Month Rolling)
These charts help leadership visualize the "Inflow and Outflow" of the agency's two most valuable assets: Customers and Staff.
New Customers Added vs. Left: * Added: Shows historical intake peaks (e.g., 25 new customers in May 2025).
Left: Tracks churn. For instance, while customer loss was 0 for most of the year, 1 customer left in March 2026.
New Employees Added vs. Left: * Added: Visualizes hiring cycles, such as the peak of 5 new hires in February 2026.
Left: Tracks staff turnover. The current data shows a stable workforce with 0 employees leaving over the last 12 months.
Use Case: Strategic Forecasting. By comparing the "New Customers Added" line with the "New Employees Added" line, leadership can determine if hiring is keeping pace with client acquisition to prevent overworking the current staff.
3. Operational Output (Documentation & Task Volume)
These graphs measure the actual work product being generated by the agency over time.
Forms Submitted over 12 Months: A bar chart comparing "Total Forms Present" in the system against those actually submitted.
Insight: Activity peaked in December 2025 with 43 forms submitted, showing a high-intensity month for documentation.
Tasks Created over last 12 Months: A line graph showing the total volume of work orders, visits, and clinical tasks.
Insight: There was a massive operational spike in April 2025 (409 tasks) and October 2025 (361 tasks).
Use Case: Audit Readiness. During a state audit, these charts provide visual proof of consistent service delivery. If an auditor asks about service volume during the previous year, the "Tasks Created" chart serves as an objective record of agency activity.
Summary of Potential Use Cases
Category
Practical Application
Retention Analysis
Monitoring the "Employees Left" chart to identify if specific months (like year-end) see higher turnover.
Productivity Audit
Investigating why "Tasks Created" might be high (104) while "Notes" remain low (4), suggesting a documentation gap.
Growth Strategy
Using "New Customers Added" to justify the opening of a new office or expanding into a new service territory.
Engagement Check
Reviewing "Sessions" and "Logins" to ensure that remote fieldworkers are checking in daily as required.
