Employee Dashboard

Insights into workforce

The Employee Dashboard within the BI DASHBOARDSarrow-up-right section is a granular performance tracking tool. It allows supervisors and administrators to monitor the activity, documentation habits, and caseload of a specific staff member.

1. Selection & Profile Overview

To view data, select an individual from the Select Employee dropdown at the top of the EMPLOYEEarrow-up-right tab. The header then populates with the employee’s core profile details:

  • Contact Information: Displays the employee's full name, residential address, and professional email.

  • Employment Metadata: Includes the "Onboarded On" date (e.g., April 30, 2020), Date of Birth, and Gender.

    • Use Case: Administrative Verification. Ensuring staff contact details and onboarding records are current for HR and payroll purposes.

The dashboard features four interactive charts tracking the employee's output over a rolling 12-month period. This helps identify productivity patterns or sudden drops in engagement.

  • Tasks Created: Tracks the volume of scheduled work or visits initiated by the employee (e.g., a peak of 24 tasks in October 2025).

  • Notes Created: Monitors how consistently the employee is documenting their interactions (e.g., 6 notes in May 2025).

  • Artifacts Uploaded: Measures the frequency of file or image uploads, such as signed compliance forms or client assessments.

  • Logins: A high-level view of system engagement (e.g., 66 logins in March 2026).

    • Use Case: Productivity Auditing. If "Tasks Created" are high but "Notes Created" are low, a supervisor can intervene to ensure the employee isn't falling behind on mandatory clinical documentation.

3. Associated Customers

This table provides a live list of the customers currently assigned to the selected employee.

  • Key Fields: Customer ID, Name, Address, Phone Number, Acquired Date, and Status (e.g., Active).

    • Use Case: Caseload Management. A manager can quickly review an employee's total count of "Active" individual clients (e.g., 31 rows) to ensure the workload is balanced across the team.

4. Sessions in this Month

The bottom of the dashboard provides a timestamped log of the employee's recent system access.

  • Data Points: Lists every specific login date and time (e.g., March 21, 2026, 5:44 AM).

    • Use Case: EVV & Time Verification. Cross-referencing login sessions with submitted timesheets to verify that work was performed during the reported hours.
