View and Add Comments to a Customer

Manage all your comments in one place

To add and view comments to customer information:

  1. Navigate to the Customer module

  2. Click the name of a client and

  3. select the task name in the task tab located in the client's Dashboard.

  4. A comment can be added to any task, or to the customer record directly.

Important Notes:

  1. If you added a comment, you and other users with access to the client will be able to see it.

  2. Voice comments may also be added to any customers.
