View and Add Comments to a Customer
Manage all your comments in one place
To add and view comments to customer information:
Navigate to the Customer module
Click the name of a client and
select the task name in the task tab located in the client's Dashboard.
A comment can be added to any task, or to the customer record directly.
Important Notes:
If you added a comment, you and other users with access to the client will be able to see it.
Voice comments may also be added to any customers.
